ORGANIZATIONAL COMMUNICATION
iMproVinG InTeRperSoNaL ReLaTionShipS..
Hey there readers.. :] So sorry for the late post, I've been really-really-really busy, like any other humanbeing out there, I still have flaws, so I am seriously EXTREMELY SINCERELY sorry FRom the Bottom of My Teenage [Going to adulthood soon] HEART.. ;]
So what am I gonna touch on in this post of mine? Organizational Communication, Improving Interpersonal Relationships.. Hmm.. interesting topic.. Wish I attended the first few classes, but, sadly I was still back in Sabah due to personal matters, nonetheless, I'm gonna try my best to improvise and make this post pretty much an interesting thing to read about okay, I won't let y'all down.. :]
The world itself is a big organization, it's all about communication in this huge playfield. Well atleast that's how I see it as, as a big playground, you have so many kids playing around, all from different walks of life, all with different cultures and believes, and that's what makes each and everyone of us a unique individual :]
It's all about learning to communicate in an organization, In the classroom, outside the classroom, at work and etc.
Is it easy? It may not be easy, but it can be SIMPLE.. the idea itself can be simply, it's just a question of whether we're willing to commit ourself into understanding others and adjusting our lifestyle to fit-in. It's about sacrifices, and it's definitely about a group effort rather than an individual thing :]
First and foremost, when you see the sentence "Interpersonal Relationship", what comes to mind? A boyfriend and girlfriend having a relationship? People having affairs? People having imaginary friends? Married couples having something special? Something magical perhaps? Well an interpersonal relationship basically means uinion or socialization between two or even more people at an instance which may vary from being momentary to even being permanent.
From my understanding, interpersonal relationship is something special you develop with someone that matters most to you, a friend, a family member, someone you're even into.. Basically it's a bond you and the other person form that ties you two together.. And this bond is a form of devotion and trust towards one another, like how rings represent love and devotion in one's marriage.
How does one improve one's interpersonal relationship then? Well it all depends on every individual's style.. Not everybody share the same mindset.. Not everybody believes in the same concept.. Coz everybody has their own style, their own way of working things out and their own way of expressing themselves. So from what I can tell you based on my very own experience, how do I improve Interpersonal Relationships? I use the term "APPRECIATION"... Appreciation is the main keyterm in making an interpersonal relationship work.. It's a culture, and it definitely needs to be nurtured. When you learn to appreciate someone, you tend to have a level of UNDERSTANDING.. a level of ACCEPTANCE... you accept a person for who they are and what they're worth.. When you learn to accept someone for who they are, you are improving interpersonal relationship, not only that, you are abolishing all possibilities to criticize, to judge without knowing, to be in contempt with, as well as to be pissed off at :]
Interpersonal Relationship does not only work on a single-path basis... It's a two way thing. You can't be self-centered and think that the world revolves around you.. We have to always potray and secrete postive attitudes towards eachother for intercultural relationships to work. You must know who your partnet is, and hence, by giving in and allowing yourself to be comfortable around them will allow them to get to know the real you. RESPECT is important, always respect your partner and you will receive the fruits that you bear.
Last but not least, to improve Interpersonal Relationships, you must be willing to give in.. To give in to the harshess that may trap you and your partner. Misscommunication, bad people, evil, can sometimes can get it the way, but its all maintanence, the willingness to fix a problem, to see something as a flaw and accepting that nobody's perfect and that by complaining, we do not accomplish anything at all, accept the chance of losing someone close to us. So when times like these gets us down, all we have to do is to look up, to keep up our heads up high, to try find a solution and to embrace any opportunity for a better tomorrow and for a chance to patch things up with the ones that are close to us.
My closest Interpersonal Relationship would be between my family, my mum and dad, my 3 Elder sisters, my friends and the girl i'm seeing :]
You see, a man has always been seen a protector, and a woman is always seen as the person a man should protect.. Nobody knows why we do the things we do and why we say the things we say whenever we're mad.. It's life.. life's a mystery.. but what we know is that Love, Passion, Hate, Care, and Lust all exist, its for us to decide what makes us happy and content.. So there, improving intercultural relationships are a very important factor in making us complete in life.. Coz as much as we don't want to admit or believe it, We do need some happiness to make us feel fulfilled, and in most often than not, having to share it with someone special makes it even more worthwhile.. So go home today and tell the people that you care the most about that no matter what the obstacles that life may put you through, it's a maze which you have to go through to end up at the finish-line saying "I MADE IT".. and trust me, it's when you've accomplished something, you've actually begin to "LIVE"...
Thanx.. Till the next post, hope u we'rent bored :] Remember, appreciate your woman/man before someone else does.. :p yikes!
